Running coaching prices
Trial month with full coaching
DKK 475
You receive personal planning, feedback and follow up from day one. The trial month gives us both the opportunity to get a sense of working together in practice, and does not change the fact that training can be built around a goal further ahead from the start.
Continue month
by month
DKK 950
After the trial month, coaching continues as planned. You retain the personal planning, feedback and follow up, and we build on the direction already set.
Practical framework and possible additions
A full trial month costs DKK 475 including VAT. After that, the price is DKK 950 including VAT per full month. Coaching is normally paid monthly in advance. You can begin at the start or in the middle of a month. If you start midmonth, the first payment is adjusted proportionately and you still receive a full trial month. Ongoing billing then follows calendar months starting on the first. A separate advance payment of at least six months after the trial month gives a 10 percent discount on those prepaid months. You receive the price, period and any commitment terms before accepting. Statutory rights to end the agreement and receive a refund continue to apply.
You receive the agreement and relevant information as a PDF by email. You sign the PDF and return it by email. Only then do I send the first invoice. The payment deadline is 14 calendar days unless we agree otherwise. Coaching begins when the first agreed payment has been received.
We may arrange training together when our schedules, location and circumstances allow. This is a possibility, not a fixed or guaranteed part of coaching. A regular training arrangement, a more detailed running technique assessment or similar support can be agreed separately. Depending on the scope, an additional fee may apply. We agree the content and any price in advance.

What is included
- Your training plan: A personal plan with the next one to two weeks set out in detail and a longer direction for coaching. Access to the programme is included at no extra cost.
- Follow up along the way: Ongoing feedback on training and your feedback.
- Adjusting the plan: Adjustments when progress, recovery, motivation or other circumstances change what the best next step is.
- Access to your coach: Ongoing contact about your training. I aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
- Online calls as needed: Typically once a month for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Strength training: Relevant strength training as a complement to running training.
- Guidance towards your goal: Pacing, energy, hydration, equipment and race strategy when relevant.
- Evaluation: Review after important training periods and races.
- Training in context: Attention to sleep, recovery, nutrition, motivation and the overall load around training.
The exact combination depends on your goal and the individual agreement. The point is not to fill the calendar with as many elements as possible. The point is to use the elements that make coaching more coherent and decisions better founded.
Questions about price and coaching
Is the introductory call free?
Yes. You start with a short enquiry through the contact form. If there is a relevant starting point for coaching, we arrange a free, no obligation introductory call.
Is coaching one to one?
Yes. Planning, feedback and calls are based on your goal, your training and what we learn along the way. You therefore receive personal coaching rather than a standard programme with your name at the top.
What happens after my enquiry?
I read your message and respond personally. In the introductory call, we talk about your goal, training background, expectations and the support you are looking for. If we both wish to move forward, you receive an individual agreement as a PDF by email. You sign and return it by email before I send the first invoice.
What does the trial month include?
The trial month is full coaching at a lower introductory price. You receive personal planning, feedback, access to training related guidance and the follow up set out in the agreement.
What happens after the trial month?
The trial month is part of the original agreement. The agreement describes whether coaching has a fixed duration or continues on an ongoing basis. You therefore do not need to enter into a new agreement just to continue.
How do I terminate ongoing coaching?
You can end your coaching with one month’s notice taking effect at the end of a calendar month, even if we have agreed an end month. A separate advance payment arrangement may involve an expressly agreed commitment within the limits of the law. You can give notice, for example, at patrick@noperfectweek.dk.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
As a consumer, you generally have a 14 day right of withdrawal. Coaching can begin earlier if you expressly request it. The full rules and consequences of early commencement are set out under Terms and privacy.
How is training delivered?
Your training plan and ongoing follow up are brought together on the training platform. Access to the programme is included at no extra cost. You can choose to purchase optional extra features. Calls are generally held online. We may arrange training together when schedules, location and circumstances allow.
How far ahead is training planned?
The detailed plan is normally set one to two weeks at a time within a longer term direction. This makes it possible to use your feedback in the next planning phase without losing sight of the overall goal.
How can I reach you between calls?
You have access to me, Patrick Bloem, throughout your coaching for ongoing feedback and conversations about your training as needed. We agree which channel to use and what is best discussed in a message or a call. I aim to reply to messages about your training within 24 hours on weekdays.
Can the plan change along the way?
Yes. Adaptation is part of coaching when your progress, feedback or overall situation gives good reason for it. Sometimes the right thing is to adjust. Other times it is to stay the course.
Which goals can coaching be about?
Coaching can, among other things, be about a marathon, trail race, ultra race or another personal endurance sport challenge. What matters is that the goal requires a plan, follow up and collaboration that fit you.
Can training take account of an injury or health condition?
Training can be planned with respect for known considerations and the recommendations you have received from relevant healthcare professionals. Coaching can help with planning and training load. Examination, diagnosis and treatment belong with the appropriate professional.
Can I pause coaching?
Your holiday of up to three consecutive weeks is not normally treated as a pause. Coaching and the usual monthly payment continue while we adapt training to what is possible. An actual pause needs a written agreement and approval covering duration, payment and any extension.
What if I need to move a call?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an agreed call. A late cancellation or missed call may be treated as a completed session. A replacement time may be offered but is not guaranteed.
You can read the full terms under Terms and privacy. If there is a difference between this page and your individual agreement, the individual agreement applies.
Is personal coaching the right next step?
Send a short enquiry about your goal and the support you are looking for. If there is a relevant starting point, we arrange a free introductory call and look at the options.
